Depression is a very common word that occurs frequently in our lives. It would be hard to find someone on earth who didn't suffer from depression. It's very common and serious medical illness that affects our feelings and activities negatively and it comes into our lives through various kinds of failures, in fact the main cause of disability is depression. According to the world health organization, it can affect adults, adolescents and children. However, various studies have shown that women suffer more from depression than men. And if a person suffer from long-term depression then he/she is more likely to be affected both physically and emotionally, and often seek medical attention.

Indeed, Depression is a mood disorder that constantly increases feelings of sadness and decreases interest. This is called major depressive disorder or clinical depression. It affects your feelings, thoughts and behaviours as well as can lead to a variety of mental and physical complications, resulting in problems with your normal functioning and sometimes you may feel that you are not fit to live in this world.
